- We take over your social media accounts (or set them up if needed)
- Agree with you the types of posts we will do and what days we'll do them
- Write the wording (content) to go out with your posts
- Design the image to grab people's attention
- Schedule the posts to go out at "hot" times
- Share in groups (Facebook) to get your post seen by more people
- Keep an eye on your competition so your socials can be better than theirs
What do you have to do?
These are the things you will be responsible for
- Keep in touch with us, send us pictures and discuss/approve ideas for posts
- Respond to messages and comments on your socials
- We ask you to do this because you know more about your business than we do and are the perfect person to answer queries
- We advice you respond as quickly as you can - people on social media expect a quick response and if they don't get one, they will go elsewhere
- Pay us on time 🙂 If a payment is missed we won't continue with further work until the balance is settled

Content Creation
- Find out about you, your business, what you're selling and who you're selling to
- Take a look at your competition and suppliers for inspiration
- Create posts for you!
- Design the image for your post to catch people's attention
- Write the words (content) that go out with your posts to get them interested
- Give you free advice on your page(s), how to schedule posts, what day/time is best to post, how to get your posts seen by more people
What do you have to do?
